This extension makes your life easy. Just point to your link and hit your standard keyboard shortcut (Ctrl-C, or Cmd-C for Mac) and you're done!

The right click "copy link address" option seems to have disappeared in the latest v67 beta. Please fix.
Excellent! Works 95% of the time for me in 64.0.3282.186 on OSX 10.12.6. Sometimes I have to refresh the page or copy something else to clipboard first and then it will work flawlessly after that.

Great idea, doesn't work. Even when allowing access to file URLs on the extensions page.
Bug with DataLife CMS 12 Control Panel. After save scrollbar appears.
It won't work unless you check 'Allow access to file URLs' in the settings. Many thanks to the developer and Skyler Anderson for clarifying the issue!
Not working, can someone please help?
Well, that was a waste of my time. This doesn't work any more...
Running Windows 7, doesn't do anything at all for me.. gotta love the irony of wasting even more time by attempting to save time though.
