We’re grateful for your feedback—we've listened and will be updating and bringing back the on-page debugging experience. More exciting features are on the way.
Tag Assistant helps you install and troubleshoot your Google tags, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager and more. When clicked, the extension displays the Google tags found on the page in a side-panel. Just navigate to any page, and Tag Assistant will tell you which tags are present. We will be adding additional diagnostics in the near future.
The “Troubleshoot” button activates our debug mode using tagassistant.google.com. This advanced tool allows you to debug your website, including iframes, within a single session, providing detailed diagnostics to help you validate, diagnose, and resolve your implementation. Session data is available for review on tagassistant.google.com.

Zasadniczo wtyczka must-have, jeśli chodzi o sprawdzanie poprawności osadzonych tagów, ale czasami pojawiają się błędy. Nad interfejsem też można by nieco popracować.
Google Analytics says that I should put my GA JavaScript code just before closing the BODY tag. Tag assistant complains about the code is not being inside the HEAD tag. I'll be generous and give this alpha release three stars.

Helpful, but extremely buggy for the last couple of months. Takes forever to show the dataLayer, lots of fields are empty half of the time etc.

La verdad es que el plugin es una full de estambul. Pones las cosas tal como dice Google en su documentación, y este plugin te dice que no vale porque no le actualizan... y encima vienen los gafapasta de marketing a darte la brasa... Truly, is useless. While you do the things like Google say on its documentation, the plugin says that is not valid, because a lot of bugs and the lack of updates. Then the marketing people that don't have idea of coding take you to reports that your work is wrong...
great tool couldnt implement gtm without this extension in my browser makes the process fast - liking the new print export features maybe could use a tour to explain all this but overall good
It was really good @ start but from last one month it crash each day and I have to re-install it.....
Great little tool but not easy to distinguish between red and green if, like me, you are colourblind. How about using Blue, yellow, red instead?
