It was working well before, but now it's not, and they don't care.
this worked great, but now it's not working can somebody help from the team
The extension was great until it stopped working a week ago, i was checking it on a daily basis but nothing seemed to happen, i tought id write here maybe there is a fix to the solution, would love to use it
This is really kind of lame that they just broke this extension after we all got used to it and don't seem to be doing anything about the hundreds of people here already saying the same thing as me. Sucks.
It was working for me for a week and it was incredible! Now it disappears after a second, looks like everyone else is having the same issue. Hopefully a bunch of 1 star review will get someone's attention! ***EDIT*** It's Working! Yayyyyyy! Thanks team for fixing the issue. This is just the best tool. Really easy to use and visually easy to see which keywords are working and which are not! Massive time saver :)
I was able to successfully use it for a day. But now, the title/description generator just disappears after a few seconds. Hopefully the dev team can fix this bug.
since yesterday same problem as most people - disappearance of blue buttons little workaround for people with this problem. Try reloading the page where the blue buttons are supposed to appear using the page reload icon in your browser of choice when the buttons appear on the page for a fraction of a second, quickly click the reload icon again which changes to an X to stop the page reloading. The blue buttons should remain on the page and you can easily use the description and title generator as before. Tested on Edge but should also work on other browsers
it just disappears. it seems everyone is having the same issue.
*Update July 7th, I'm Logged in and i pay for basic plan on etsy hunt. it only lets me make 3 titles then says ive used them up for the day. very frustrating since i make 8-10 designs a day. *UPDATE AGIAN! June 7th was working for a month now not working again, keeps telling me im not logged in and kicks me out. lowered review in hopes someone reaches out and fixes it again. had this extension for a week loved it. now it just disappears and theres no one to contact. **developer recahed out via email and fixed the issue. back to working 100%. When this app works it is fantastic and great for my etsy shop! ~May 6
