When it works, it works brilliantly, the descriptions are thorough and well written. But it sometimes seems to forget the connection to ChatGPT. I suspect ChatGPT has a standard user timeout that is kicking out the plugin. When this happens, it will give a "Creation failed, please try again" error. As far as I can tell from messing around with it, the only way to get it to re-connect is to uninstall and reinstall the plugin so that it has to go through the connection process. Not hard, or very time consuming, and it's still worth going through the process for the time it saves on writing descriptions. But it does change my workflow in that I have to plan on doing a bunch of descriptions all in one sitting, instead of one or two a day as I need to. A suggestion to fix this issue, replace the "Creation failed, please try again" error, with a reconnect to ChatGPT button. Or just include the button as a standard part of the interface.

I used it to update about 6 of my listings and then when I got to the 7th listing I received, "Creation failed, please try again" and I haven't gotten to work after. Please don't tell me I have to uninstall it and reinstall it again? I thought it was a cool little tool.

I really like this tool, I used it only for the product description, It gave my listings a unique description and I liked that. I used it three times and the 4th time I received an error message. I waited one day and went back to use it and received the same error message "Creation failed, please try again".

It took me a few minutes to learn how to use it properly. At first, it was giving me titles that had nothing to do with the product on the page. Once I selected the correct words and enabled it to reference the product description, it wrote 3 great examples. I was also really stuck on product descriptions and it helped me.

I liked the idea of optimizing my listings and getting variations of the titles based upon the optimized SEO, but I don't trust the results and am getting completely unrelated descriptions and titles. Using ChatGPT alone and asking for an optimized title or description gives me better results, and I can use other free tools to check my keywords. I will be uninstalling it as it's not working as expected.

So far, it has been very frustrating. The competition column is obscured and I can't find out how to rectify this. Secondly, the extension seems to hang for long periods. I don't know if the latter is due to the heavy load on ChatGPT. Lastly, when I first generated titles, they were totally unrelated to the item in my shop. The second attempt was OK. Could be bugs. Maybe if there were guidance notes I could understand whether the hanging was related to slow ChatGPT processing.
