Kanban Tasks focuses on task and project management. If you also want a simple CRM for leads and customers on top of Google Contacts, you can install our separate “Sales CRM” plugin by Tooling Studio. Both plugins are designed to live side-by-side in the same workspace.

Kanban Tasks is an indispensable tool for Google Workspace users seeking to enhance productivity and streamline their workflow. Its visual Kanban boards, extensive customization options, seamless integration with Google Workspace, drag-and-drop functionality. Task management experience is fantastic with Kanban Tasks.

I've been testing this plugin since its inception. Love how this integrates with the Google mail interface. Finally no context switching to other tabs and tools. The extension has been in development for a couple of months and I've seen great new features been delivered: task, team sharing/boards, dragging e-mails to task lists and it has an amazingly simple feature to show your current priorities called "getting work done". 5 out of 5 stars!

I've been hunting for a good-looking Kanban for Google for a LONG time. Mostly I've been using Trello, which is great. But having something built into my Google workflow is just brilliant. It's early days, and the app is free at the moment, so it's easy to recommend trying it. And the developer is open to feedback (built into the app!) so let him know what you're missing.

This extension is a game-changer! My Google Tasks are now a visual Kanban board, making it easy to visualize and prioritize. Drag-and-drop keeps me organized and motivated. Highly recommend!
