Spoke has went through numerous upgrades since the early stages of development. It has now cemented itself as the leading tool in the meeting transcription space. It's clean, quick, unobtrusive and just works. I've never had any issues with it when using it for meeting transcriptions. Highly recommended as a meeting transcriber.

It's great that I can invite Spoke to a Google Meet meeting and it records the meeting and creates a transcription at the end. The transcription can be edited to correct any spelling mistakes in unclear audio. However the best feature about Spoke is the ability to highlight key aspects of the transcript of the meeting to create a custom key points summary of the overall meeting together with the corresponding part of the video. This effectively creates a custom summary of the meeting. Then there is the AI meeting summary which can be useful to get an overview of the meeting if you didn't attend or hear all of it.

This is one of my favourite apps for project management and sales. In addition to recording meetings, it also attaches them to my CRM so I do not have to manually attach them. Give me MOM, so I don't have to think or write about them anymore. Join meetings on my behalf and give me the meeting outcome in simple way.

I've been using Spoke for more than a year, probably getting close to two I'd guess, and the few times I've had questions or had a issue come up, I've gotten some of the best customer service ever. They jump to help and they have even gotten on a call with me to troubleshoot something (turns out Zoom and Google Meet weren't playing nice together, it wasn't anything wrong with Spoke). I'd highly recommend the company and the extension!
