It does not work actually. It is currently planting a tree. I only have a couple sites in whitelist. This should be blocked, along with almost everything else. Nothing is blocked. The tree is growing. Everything is right there. What is this supposed to do?

Please sync this chrome extension with the phone apps. When you start a session on one, it automatically enforces the session on the other. Otherwise, I get double time when I run the iphone app and the chrome extension at the same time and I have to start it in two places.

A useful addition to the android app. Unfortunately, there is no audio notification when a tree has finished. There is a visual notification, but I rarely see it.

I was excited to see a Chrome app, as I've enjoyed using the iOS app. I find myself distracted much more when on PC than from my phone. Two things keep this from being really useful. [edit: Solution found! See below] First, it is redundant to have both whilelist and blacklist. The app assumes everything is blacklisted no matter what, then you provide exceptions by adding web pages to the whitelist. My job (IT Technician) requires me to use the web often for research. What I was hoping I could do is block sites that distract me, like facebook, wikipedia, and news sites. However, there really is only the option to whitelist a site. Therefore, the app would get in the way of my work possibly more than helping it. To solve this I recommend the developer to let the user select between "whitelisting" and "blacklisting" sites. Secondly (and less important to me), it would be nice if I could run the same session in the browser as on my phone. I.e., I would start the focus session on my phone and it would automatically start in the browser, and vice versa. If I break the session on one, it breaks the session on the other. To sum up, this has so much potential but there are a couple of missteps that get it in the way of the app really being useful. Please kindly consider making these adjustments, dear developer. edit: typo corrected edit #2: Figured out that it works as I want by removing all sites from the whitelist tab. Oh yeah! Rating adjusted.

lovely plugin, i use the app on my phone as well, helps to keep me focused. i just really wish it had a break timer like on the mobile app.
