This has completely changed my life! Creating a custom or standard guide for clients is now a very simple process. The Chrome extension makes it accessible at any time. I love the option to convert to a PDF.

This is an amazing tool. Not only is it incredibly cool, as an authoring tool it has instantly launched us into making our Help Center a multi lingual “How To” tutorial repository. The “Try the Steps” version allows for a pathway to mastery both illustrating and leading users through completing the actual steps. Perhaps the greatest impact to our organization is that through this tool we went from 1 resource document author to 5 resource “Tutorial” authors overnight. Previously creating 1 “How To” document of approximately 2 pages with screen prints took up to 30 minutes to create. My very first iorad tutorial was created and published in less than 5 minutes. In addition to saving time on the front end, we no longer have the issue of managing multiple versions as the “Try It Tutorial”, “Step List” and “PDF” are all updated instantly with the latest edit. So now you know what I mean when I say repeatedly, “This is SUCH a Cool tool!” Our Customers love the direction or Help Center is going with the addition of iorad tutorials. I am now actively promoting this tool to other organizations as well as using for community service purposes.
