I really enjoy the service. I was using another paid income tracking service for several years and their software was never accurate and it left me constantly going back and forth with their technical support which never resolved the issue and I ended up using a spreadsheet. I'm really enjoying using Publisher Champ as the data display is so visual... it's now much easier for me to see things at a glance, and get a picture of what I need to address. The response to questions has been super quick and helpful. Getting historical data to show (especially ad spend) takes a little time and patience, but they give great instructions (pick the manual option and do the countries one at a time).

As an author with six novels published through Amazon, monitoring sales and advertising performance is a daily requirement. For the past six months, I have been using a different platform to monitor my campaigns, albeit only on Amazon, even though I also advertise with Meta, which, of course, your platform tracks as well. At the end of February, I engaged a new marketing agency to design and place my ads. Immediately, they advised me to shut down the other platform and obtain yours. For starters, my new agency can view all my sales, detailed ad performance, keyword clicks, and plenty of other stats, which, honestly, I have no interest in. But I am aware of the importance of the data to my marketing partners. My mission in life is to write, but I also believe that sales and ensuring the appropriate audience is exposed to each of my books, which all differ slightly, is critical. So, I'm thrilled with this platform, especially the sound of the cash register which accompanies my growing sales, and I've moved from the trial to your PLUS product, as an annual subscriber.
