Substital: Add subtitles to videos and movies

ive been using substital for months. but today suddenly substital couldn't detect movie I watching on Netflix, usually it detects and shows "Netflix : (movie title)", however now it just shows "Netflix" and it cant work. Also the synchronization is so difficult and not that useful. Although i love substital, please fix

I'm using it mainly for watching anime on funimation for those times when it's hard to understand what someone said since not all dubbed videos have subtitles to go with it, and watching subbed is rather annoying, but the sync is off by like seven seconds or so, and I tried messing around with the sync settings, but they don't feel like they help much, and if I jump to different parts of the video too much, the whole thing just crashes where it never loads up causing me to have to refresh it. Bit frustrating. Not sure if that's what it's meant for, but my experience at least. A little weird though how it lets me use the arrow keys to go back or forward some seconds when Funimation's user interface requires a click instead, so bonus points there at least
