At first it was great but it logs you out frequently, then it charged my account (which is fine that is what a subscription does) and completely deleted my account, I can't sign in because it says wrong credentials which I know is false because again, it always signs me out so I know the email/pass. super frustrating and can't seem to find a reset password button either.

Was great at first on a lot of assignments, but it started to frequently seem to "not have any answers available" unless you hit the "Use AI" option. For reference, you're only given 500 AI uses at the start of the annual trial, then you have to buy more. Almost seems like they're purposely not providing an answer so you can run out of the free options to end up paying more.

WHAT A LIFE & TIME SAVER!!!! Have used it on canvas and other sites that are "unsupported" and have gotten great results on both. Please read the instructions on how to use it before you come write a bad review lmaooo.

Works great! I'm not sure why people says it gets it wrong. From my experience, it gets everything write only when I pick the answer with the little robot on it. Thanks transcript!

Doesn't work. $4 a month for the wrong answers a majority of the time.
