It worked great the first day i used it. since then it hasn't let me log in and just keeps saying unknown login error. i have updated chrome, the extension, am putting in my email and password correctly. I have tried to contact support and its just an empty link. would have loved this and told my friends about it if it wasn't $5 for only one being able to login and use it once.

Ive seen others have their extension show the best answered question and mine just re directs me to chegg with no absolute answer. does anyone know why this happens? Theres also other better options out there.

For those of you reading, I know other reviews may make u skeptical but I'm here to clear everything up. I was very very hesitant to get this extension because it does cost money. My girlfriend eventually convinced me and I absolutely love it. I have four classes that I'm taking right now and I've found that this works for two of them. One class I have is taken on McGraw Hill Connect, for the assignments, it takes me like 5 minutes and I can get 50 concepts done with a 100% success rate (tested over the entire semester because I finished early). For quizzes and exams I was still a little skeptical so I google checked everything and got near perfect scores (lowest was a 93% on an exam) when using this as compared to google where I averaged slightly above 70's. The second thing I know this works on is blackboard quizzes, the class I took on this, I got steady 100's and only 1 95. I know for a fact that this extension does not work on MySpanishLabs, or Inquisitive. So if you need this extension for either of those I would not recommend it.
