Youtube Custom Speed lets you play any Youtube video at any speed you like, from 0.0125x to 16x!
Use the options menu to set your preferred playback rate values. Then, change the speed using buttons at the bottom of the video. It also cooperates with the default Youtube keyboard shortcuts - Shift + , and Shift + .
If you experience any issues, please feel free to email me with a bug report.

Лучшее расширение для контроля скорости видео. Всё остальное, что я пробовал, было мусорным калом, с накрученными оценками 10 летней давности. В этом расширении можно выбрать скорость по своему усмотрению, и создавать шаблоны с 1х 2х 3х. Кроме того, оно имеет удобный дизайн, который вписывается в дизайн ютуба.

Bug reporting opens blank page, so im writing here about annoying bug. You can't hold mouse button down to get 2x speed which is default Youtube behaviour with this extension turned on. Please fix this bug, im tired from turning extension on/off.
better than any other youtube custom speed controller

This plugin breakes default speed change hotkey. By default in Chrome it works on any keyboard layout (english, russian). With plugin installed hotkeys starts to work on english layout only. Плагин ломает поведение горячей клавиши для смены скорости. Без плагина она работает в любой раскладке клавиатуры: хоть английской, хоть русской. С установленным плагином начинает работать лишь в английской.
This is the best YouTube custom speed managing extension I have used. I wish it had the feature to detect whether a YouTube video is a music video or a non-music video, so it could fall back to speed 1x for music videos.
worked perfectly fine but is now not working anymore just doesn't appear next to the autoplay button. Now it only works in combination with YouTube Speed Controls extension
