Time taken to analyse the coupon code, pick it and apply it on the website is quite long. Need to fix this issue otherwise it is a very good product and can be very helpful for the customer. One thing can also be done i.e. first your product can share the list of coupon codes in the order of maximum discount to minimum amount from which customer can directly pick up the coupon code applicable to him as there may be some offers which would be only applicable only on some cards and customer might not have that particular card so in a way that particular offer which is providing highest discount can be of no use to him/her. so you guys can think in this way as well. You can also bifurcate the offers on the basis of card offers and direct offers in a list presented to the customer. Thanks!!
