I came to Chrome from Firefox, and one of the things I had to do was find a replacement for the Save Images extension in Firefox. That was very difficult, since that Save Images extension is a perfect all in one solution for the task. I finally managed to achieve ALMOST the same efficiency with the help of Linkclump and Bulk Image Downloader extensions: - open the images or links to images in new tabs with Linkclump - focus back on the original page and use Bulk Image Downloader to get the images on a single tab using the Right Of The Current Tab option - focus on the tab created by the Bulk Image Downloader and click Download. For those that complain about missing images from the Bulk Image Downloader created page or the extension not downloading all the images, despite them being present in the extension's created page: - give the extension a little time to proper open all the images, or try to open them in the extension's tab multiple times. Eventually, you'll have all the images there - if you cannot download all the images from the extension's tab, or get notifications about failed downloads, you should be aware that you can also 'Save page as...' the Bulk Image Downloader tab - thus having an alternative that works every time (of course, you should delete the .html afterwards, and keep only the webpage's folder, which holds all the images) I would have given this 5 stars, if not for the necessity to use 2 extensions instead of 1 for the task and the extension's occasional failure to open or download all the desired images. Thankfully, as I said above, there are more than one way to do it, so it all works out eventually.
