I should have saw the reviews before I did the free trial but like the other comments they charge you for free trail which I think it has a certain limit to it but it doesn't say cause I didn't get charged right away until like a couple questions in and charged me 14:99 but regardless it said it would charge after the free trail ends which was in 4 days and I was barley using it for less than 10 minutes.Also for those asking about canceling there subscription go to your email where it said welcome to smartsolve! then scroll to the bottom and there should be a link to at the bottom that says visit your dashboard and from there you click billing and then you kind of have to wait like 3 minutes till it loads so dont refresh and then press cancel and apparently it will delete your account with your card information but there no way of knowing cause there no way you can check your account or card info so i'm just hoping that they wont charge me next month or ima have to get a new card.

This service is lucrative, malicious, and the coding for the AI is absolute garbage. It consistently repeats the same answers, (even when they are wrong) and is just not worth the large sum of money to actually use the service. Adding onto the lucrative part, it is EXTREMELY difficult to cancel your subscription. Once you enter the billing page, it takes forever to show the button to cancel (cancel isn't even a button, you have to click a different pop-up), then it takes an extremely long time to load with this dumb dolphin spinning, you are then REQUIRED to provide a description, just to be met with a very misleading "continue" button that makes you think you cancelled it, but you have to actually hit cancel! Just then when you think you are all set and done, they make you go into an email for an ADDITIONAL confirmation of cancellation. There is a clear objective to scam and mislead people here.

Just in case you're trying to cancel the subscription, you gotta hit the button that says "Cancel" after you give your reasoning for canceling the subscription. they trick you into to thinking you're canceling by having "continue" bright and blue making you assume it will "continue" the cancellation process. All it does is bring you back to the billing page WITHOUT cancelling your sub. TLDR, they swapped the button functions. Hitting continue actually CANCELS the cancellation process and hitting cancel actually CONTINUES the cancellation prosses

This ai model has got to be one of the most poorly trained models I've come across. It will consistently give the wrong answers and then when you try to correct it will spit back the same wrong answer over and over again without listening to user input in the slightest. Also the automatic solve button has not popped up on any websites for me. Another thing to be weary of is that the process for cancelling payments, if you've made the mistake of paying, is an absolute pain to cancel. If you're planning on using the extension for anything other than very basic courses/a few problems solved with the free trial, I would look elsewhere.

Impossible to cancel subscription. They're probably gonna respond with this review by saying "use the customer dashboard to change it". How tf is anyone supposed to do that if the dashboard isn't even functional. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I would give NO STARS if it were possible. Whole website is a lie, all the "reviews" on said website are pure bait. I tried it using the free trial, little did I know there was a hidden message saying there's only a 10 question limit, ridiculous if you ask me. After realizing this, I went to go ahead and cancel the useless free trial only to be brought to a billing and subscription page that loaded for what felt like an hour, only to be told my account was still "in the process of being made". This infuriated me because I immediately knew this entire website is a scam. Then, I tried to find some sort of support to get help to cancel my account, only to find a single messaging chat that takes a day to even get a response??? This company is supposedly ran by AI, yet cant even operate a sufficient help bot... . Yeah, all signs point to this is an insane scam. Please DO NOT waste your time. I am hoping to get an email back or for my account to be "created" so I can cancel this ridiculous subscription before I get charged.
