It's simple, it's unobtrusive, and it really, really works! You never know which other sites sell the same items for less. Many of those sites you've never heard of but have proven to be reputable. I've saved real money using the hand. Most surprising savings came from Walgreens once (not known as a discount place), which happened to be selling an item for just $5.00 which was double or more, elsewhere. I installed the extension on all 4 browsers that I use, because it's that invaluable.
A very good app as it picks out the cheapest versions to buy, what a good idea I think!
I like the service, which does a decent job of searching for better deals (maybe not perfect, but it's nice to see when buying something). What I can't deal with is how invasive it is in the browser making the whole browser jump down every time I'm on a website with anything remotely close to something for sale. If they would make it a simple extension icon that mabye shows a number and shakes or something (think of the Google Voice extension), I'd use it.
Installs "Offers4U" adware/malware/crap. I don't appreciate developers adding malware to their extensions to make a quick buck.
Has saved me a lot of money. Love this extension.

will not work
It's not always the best, but it really got me some great deals. It got me a $60 guitar for $35 on some random site, which I never would have found out if it wasn't for IH.
Everything I tried was expired by at a minimum 1 month. Easier to just type in the company and coupon in google.
I'm sure this is useful when you actually save money, but it's been popping up too much lately, and it breaks the layout of the websites it loads on, with no way to completely hide it, so I'm uninstalling it in favor of less intrusive extensions.
