can't download, can't use the video externaly, has a big overlay that blocks a big part of the creen and you have to pay for everything. It's a time wasting app

Pile of rubbish! Just spent over 2 hours trying to download this and get it to allow me to select a mic in order to screen record. I seem to be going around in circles, it will allow me to record an internet tab but not powerpoint. I used to be able but for what ever reason now it wont let me. SO FRUSTRATING.

I'm looking for a screenshot app that offers select and scroll, beyond the visible part that is. Apparently not this one.

Pasaron todo a pago...
The extension doesn't work and wouldn't allow me select a mic for whatever reason even though my mic works on their mic test site. I downloaded the desktop app and that doesn't work too. I have two screens, one for my script and the other for what I want to record and when I try to choose the one for my presentation it asks me to "Choose a window" but then doesn't show me any windows, just a white screen. Very buggy overall.
