Awful company. Every time I login a new, previously free feature is paywalled. Previously they paywalled the 'Delete video' button. Today they paywalled the 'Download video' button. Just awful. Don't bother getting started with this app. Going to try Scrnli now.

Didn't use the Loom, so I'll assume it works PERFECTLY, so 3 stars instead of 1. But it wants me to "Sign in to Loom", and I don't have time for that hassle. Scrnli has no sign in, it's very simple and works perfect.
WORST EXTENSION EVER TOO MUCH HASSLE FOR A SCREENRECORDER TOOL - NEED TO CONNECT GOOGLE(FORCEFULLY) - WHEN YOU CLICK THE EXTENSION, WILL JUST BRING YOU TO THEIR SITE(THEN YOU USE THAT S.) - I DONT KNOW HOW THIS APP EVEN GOT 4 STARS... I AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED IT AFTER 5 MINS TESTING IT, I EVEN HAVE TO REINSTALL IT JUST TO MAKE A REVIEW.
Worst extension EVERRR!!!!! can't use it, too complex, instead of doing its damn job, it keeps on asking for stupid permissions, JUST RECORD THE GOD DAMN SCREEN ALREADY
It works really well. I just wish you didn't have to pay in order to surpass 5 minutes.
It was okay when it was working. After the latest update when I click on the loom logo in my Extensions tray it no longer opens anything. I've made sure that Chrome is updated to the latest version. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Loom extension and it still doesn't work.
Good for a quick meeting, however, if there are ANY issues recording be aware that you *CANNOT* recover the video when using the Chrome extension. Use their desktop app if you want more features and the ability to recover videos.
