It is only willing to operate if I give it permanent and all-encompassing permission. There is such a setting option for plugins: "Website Access" Allows the application to read and modify all your data on the websites you visit. There are 3 options: On Click / On Specified Sites / On All Sites. I wanted to use it so that it is only activated when clicked, but no matter what I do, I only get an error message. It only works if I give it permission "on all sites".

Misleading description - Does not mention that using the extension requires you to create a free account with Loom. I just want to record my screen and save the files to my device, why do you need my email address?

This sucks , I'm trying to record a quick video of a screen share of my browser, keeps popping up asking for microphone and video permissions, and I'm getting a big round circle at the bottom left. I don't think you can record unless you give this app permission to your microphone and camera! ridiculous, it records all the damn pop ups from this app
