Unreliable. Looms is quick to recommend using their Desktop application when recording problems arise, stating that videos recorded through the Chrome extension are beyond help. Use at your own risk and be prepared to re-record your videos with something else.

Terrible experience for me. It simply will not let me use the video, says I denied access to the camera when in fact the computer settings show that camera access is allowed! Help instructions are not helpful. I sent a message hours ago explaining the problem but have not yet received a response. What a waste of time.

Better stay away. Since they get bigger and bigger the uploads needs so much time. Support Chat is only a Robot and the plugin and Mac App gets more and more bugs. I search already for an alternative...

I assume this website is useful, I at least like the way it looks, but I couldn't even use it. I tried to set up my student account but I made a mistake in the sign-up process. I completed the form to request an update for my account to change it to a student account but never received a response. I only ever got automatic responses. I tried deleting my account and setting it up again, fixing my initial mistake, but then I had other questions and I just decided not to bother even asking because I would just get another automatic response and no replies. I might have considered just paying for a subscription until my account was updated, but I figured if they weren't responding to my request to update my account, I probably wouldn't be able to get a refund later.

I used to record my video with mute option, however after some time passed it is now recording with sound (it enables it silently) which I didn't aware and it caused quite a embarrassing situation. I should have checked the recording every time that I finished recording but still this is not a good experience for user.

Works but very buggy. You can't change browsers, otherwise your video goes away and stops recording which is pointless. You then stay on one page, and the video doesn't record. What are we paying for?
