Feeling frustrated. I have a video ready to press play. But once you press the record button in the app, you don't have access to the video's (play) controls during the countdown. So you can't have it maximized full screen and still have access to the app's button. If you record in a tab, it also records the image of your avatar/identity that shows in the tab of, say, you.tube. So basically, either you start your video before you press record, and you lose the beginning, or you record a tab and get unwanted stuff like personal information that gets recorded, or other unwanted elements like the controls before they slide away. Now that I recorded a tab (that shows my credentials in the beginning), it stopped recording after 5 minutes. So I lost the latter part of the 8 minute video. I don't know how you can start recording, and be able to press play & maximize during the countdown instead of having to do it before or after. And the fact that it stops after 5 minutes seriously limits it's usefulness.

This, in my opinion, is a much better screen-recording extension than Screencastify. One definite perk is the fact that recording time is infinite. Another awesome part is, since it's an extension, it's available on all my signed-in devices, removing the need to download other screen-recording software. Thank you, Loom! I suppose I should mention that unlimited recording is only available after you get two other people to sign up...

Initially, I had some trouble with the application, but customer service was incredibly helpful and now I love this app! I use it a lot for my students and my students greatly appreciate the videos that I make for them. This is a terrific Chrome extension!

First of all it doesn't do a countdown when I click record second of all it takes forever for it to come up but I like that when you click full screen on a video It Doesn't completely Go full screen but it only words the video as if you are recording it in full screen full screen....
