This software--the extension and the desktop download--are SUPER glitchy. They crash, buffer, and lock you out. Support is intermittent and there is no phone option so it is slow and frustrating.
I Love it!!! IT is the BESTT!

Recent updates have caused both the desktop app and the Chrome app crash all the time for me with no reliable way to get it to work. I'm hopeful they are collecting crash analytics and can resolve outstanding issues.

Can somebody help me figure out whats going on with the recording? I have been using this to record videos for youtube and at first it worked fine, but then it started to glitch and would finish the video randomly without me finishing the recording. I thought it was a problem with the amount of space left, so, I deleted all the unused, unneeded videos. It worked for one time and then went back to "Sorry, error, loom has crashed." but then sometimes it didn't even pop up at all and just stopped all together... Please someone help me fix this!
