Most web pages are fully and completely compatible with Chrome.
However, there are some sites that insist upon using a different browser.
So, an extension has been developed for Chrome called the Ultimate User Agent Switcher.
When a web page suggests using a different browser or upgrading the current one,
the Ultimate User Agent Switcher tricks the web site into believing that it is a different browser, often allowing access.
And this extension allows you to find all HTTP URLs. (URL sniffer feature)

This is a superb extension EXCEPT that the settings do not sync. That's an absolute must. The entire point of Chrome is the synchronization of everything. Again, though -- a very good extension! Edit: PLEASE make this sync with the account, so that any machine will get the settings for a user. Depending on local machine continuity for cloud-oriented workflow is really retrograde. ;-)

This is the best of the ones that I have tried. The list of User Agent strings is pretty decent, but you can add them and you can specify certain UA's to be used on predefined URL's. For example, I can't use my Chromebook with Outlook Web Access unless I pretend to be Chrome on a Mac.
it's great but import user agents list via xml file feature missed.........
One of the best extension chrome has!!!
Very powerful - just what I was looking for. Additional sniffing capabilities and policy-driven configuration options make this a must-have utility for Chromium (and Chrome ) users.
