If you already had some YouTube page open before the extension was installed, a page refresh might be needed.
Ads skip is an adblocker for youtube made for Chrome browser to block all ads that are appearing on start when watching tube videos. Also works on other websites and blocks pre-rolls where it possible.
Now just get this cool app and enjoy millions of free music and videos!
Glad to note that skip ads for youtube work both full screen or floating popup window mode as you wish.

Very effective ADBLOCK . Its working and I like it and then no ads is on youtube!
I've decided to support this extension, which I've been using for over a year. It still works well for me, blocking ads effectively. Yes, it occasionally freezes, but a quick page reload always fixes it. I find the negative reviews about the extension not working to be questionable. Good luck to the developer! I hope they continue to adapt to changes on YouTube, providing us with a great, functional product.
!!!! SPAM ALERT !!! This secretly inserts ads!! The search results of Google and Yandex are falsified!! Take a look at background.js and content.js . The edmitad.com ad code will be inserted. 구글 검색시 결과가 변조됨. 광고가 삽입됨.
not that it's a bad extension, but it doesn't work anymore on that POS YT showing the infamous adblocker violates tos
It works fine & just as intended, but be careful because this extension **will track you** when it's allowed on all sites. It appears that when you search something in Google and the results contain the word "support" (Example: ` dell.com/support `) you'll see a subtle dollar sign icon thing to the left of the title and clicking on the result will make an API request to ` edmitad.com `. To get rid of this, go to "chrome://extensions/" then "Skip Ad - Ad Block & Auto Ad Skip on YouTube" then "Site access" then change the dropdown from "On all sites" to "On specific sites" and add `https://youtube.com/*`.
Doesnt work. My old blocker suddenly stopped working and this is the 5th one Ive tried. NONE work now. Maybe code changed on YT but ads autoplay, page refresh new ad plays again, have to let it finish to watch the video. LAME!!
every other adblock is detected. even tampermonkey scripts are broken.. this is the only adblock that works
