Be very careful with this cashback website. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people avoid using it. My account was closed without a clear explanation. I accidentally created two accounts as a first-time user, but I only used one account for normal daily purchases. I did not abuse any promotions or do anything intentionally wrong. After my account was closed, I contacted customer service multiple times, but they never responded or helped resolve the issue. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. A cashback website should not close accounts, keep users’ pending cashback or rewards, and then ignore all customer emails. The customer service is terrible, and there appears to be no accountability or willingness to resolve problems. Everyone should be warned before using this website. In my opinion, it is not trustworthy, and users risk losing their cashback with no real support or explanation.

Horrible. Installed, created an account and just browsed some websites. Next morning received an email saying my account was deactivated for absolutely no reason. What a joke, I'll gladly use a different one.

i'm not sure what's going on with the extension but so far it hasn't been tracking some of my purchases and i've have to start claims for most of them. right now i'd say for me it tracks about 3/5 purchases.

Top Cash has lured me into buying from a several sites by promising cash back. I can think of at least five instances where the site has cheated me out of some quite large rewards. You may use the site, but sadly, you cannot trust the site.

The Chrome extension caused other apps to lose connectivity, and when I did use it with advertised stores, some of them did not acknoeldge the connection anyway and I need to chase the cashback. I'll just use other more stable services.
