A week after my purchase, I noticed the cash back hadn't appeared in my account. When I contacted customer support with evidence of my purchase, including screenshots showing I had clicked through their link and had their extension active during the transaction, they refused to honor the offer. Their response was particularly frustrating: they claimed to have "no record" of me using their service for the purchase, despite the clear evidence I provided. This suggests either technical issues with their tracking system or, more concerningly, a deliberate practice of denying legitimate cash back claims. I would not recommend anyone to use this untrustworthy service. - Unreliable tracking of purchases - Poor customer service that dismisses documented evidence - Unwillingness to honor advertised offers For those considering cash back services, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Failed to track almost any of my transactions despite being very deliberate in making sure that it is activated (with big activated icon, with screenshots saved). I had to file "missing cashback" every single time, and after months and months of exhausting administrative work all I get are rejections from vendors saying nothing was tracked. TCB used to be good but for the last 2 years almost nothing ever tracks and it is just a complete waste of time.

3 days ago, the activate cashback button has disappeared from the extension for all cashback sites with Chrome. Uninstall/reinstall/reboot/clear cache did not fix it.
