This was working fine as of a month of so back, but now it's worthless. Click the button on the toolbar and nothing happens. Now it's just added clutter. If I had to guess, I'd think one of the recent Chrome updates broke it or maybe added a requirement for some random permission that is not documented.

Works fine to quickly save snippets of text or URLs in Google Keep. I wish I could disable the right-click menu item for keep as I don't like cluttered UI.

Lacks essential functionality: Doesn't let you access your notes for a website from that website. I was expecting to be able to take a note about a YouTube video, and then reference those notes directly from that video. Should be a pretty obvious function for a tool for taking notes about websites.

It's useful when it works, but it only works about 25% of the time for me. I hit the yellow icon in my toolbar, and usually nothing at all happens. Very frustrating.

Extension is working fine for me. If you are facing some issues, then try below steps : -------------------------------- EDIT : 👉 Even after sometimes Extension doesn't work then just right click on "KEEP" Yellow icon and go to Manage Extension option. ► Now Turn ON ✅ Allow access to File URLs option. ► Sometimes this permission "turn off" when chrome updates automatically. ❓ I was not able to use extension from last couple of days. I tried to select text and click on KEEP icon and then click on Create Note, It load forever instead saving my notes to KEEP. But today i notice that permission and solved my problem. Basic Steps you can try... (1) Remove extension & Install it again (2) Now go to any website, you will find grey colour KEEP icon, just right click on it and choose "Go to KEEP" (3) Now icon will appears in Yelllow colour. Copy any word or sentence and right click and "Save selection to KEEP" → iteams saved in KEEP. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 👉 If it helps you then Make this review Helpful 😉

They must have done something in the last week of January 2024 because this app works fine for me. A great way of saving things from the web and better than just bookmarking and many other apps. What is good about this extension and the app is simplicity but I do think it could do with a few more features. For example even though it has excellent tagging, it could do with a Search function and it'd be good to be able to organise things a little more easily with say drag and drop. All in all though, very useful and highly recommended.
