What an amazing tool. I was having a bit of a panic attack when I needed to start using multiple lists for different groups. I needed a Kanban solution, and this is EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT IS. For FREE, how could it be anything but 5 STARS!

I love task boards! As a college student I need an easy way to quickly write down tasks I need to do, both personal and academic. I make a list for each day of the week and delegate my assignments, house chores, and daily reminders to which day I need to do them on. I prefer this over paper planners because it is more convenient (don't have to pull your planner out of your backpack and then hunt for a pen) and the animation for crossing off tasks is better than crossing off tasks with a pen. Recommend this to anyone with a lot on their plate!

Your tasks on a Kanban board. I don't know if there is anything else to say. It is brilliant and is head and shoulders above all other task lists out there. I have not had any issues, works well using the desktop app and on my android devices. Only thing I would say is maybe is there was a way to backup certain task boards, but honestly, just make a long term tasks board, don't delete and it achieves the same thing.

I initially thought that this was a great addition to my desktop. I used it from managing multiple lists of tasks for several departments. I especially liked their "Export to Google Sheets" option which made it easy to print out and share. It was so convenient that it actually got overwhelming and I downsized my usage of it so I didn't get buried in tasks. But, out of no where it just started to fail to show all of my task in the application. I need it to be consistent, I forgot important points I wanted to share in a meeting because they mysteriously disappeared. It was always a little buggy here and there, but nothing terrible. I am very disappointed and I am going to find an application that won't randomly hide 3/4 of the content of my lists.

I've always struggled to find the right task management tool. TasksBoard is so simple, the UI is easy and minimalist. And I love it's progressive app - it magically installs everywhere and sync across devices like a charm. I'm in love!
