Used this for years without issue. Since late last years, screenshots are blank (on Mac). Will update this review to a 5 star once fixed is pushed.
(extension version: 7.0.1) This extension does not work on Windows 11 with Chrome browser. As others have stated, saved screenshots are blank, and even trying to print the selected area directly comes out with a blank page. This extension worked perfectly and I loved it on my older computer system. Sadly, it seems it's no longer functioning with today's technology. I hope the creator will come out with a new version that works again.
Had this for few years and it used to work. Recently, it continuously spits out blank screenshots. Uninstalled.

worst experience! this extension do not work properly on Mac!
It keeps showing a blank screenshot, also it save blank images - when i do writting and all my edits are just gone. I have to redo it all over again, and sometimes it returns with the same error.
I'm so aggravated; I've been using this tool forever now without any issues. But now every now and then, after I take the screenshot, it would just show me a blank screenshot, and all my edits are just gone. I have to redo it all over again, and sometimes it returns with the same error. Please fix it guys. It's such a useful tool, just needs this fixed.

sometimes it won't show the ss itself, but only the edits (text, arrows, etc.) in the saved image. It's very aggravating! it there's a workaround, would be happy to hear.
