Used to be the obvious best extension for screenshot but does not work anymore. Please fix

This was a great tool earlier but for the last few days it's not working properly. Only a white screen is being copied.
I agree with previous reviews. This extension has been a key for me for the last 3+ years, however lately every other screenshot is completely blank (except for my markup). Getting unreliable screenshots after spending a few minutes marking them up is becoming a dealbreaker for me.
Quite practical and easy to sue, but I wonder if there's a way to avoid it from jumping to the last tab on the right after capturing the screen. It's unnerving since I have a lot of tabs opened.
I used to love this extension. I use it frequently. Had my kids using it during remote schooling. Lately, the screen shots are black. Sometimes if I try 2-5x again, it won't be. I put a message in support a month ago and NO one has addressed it. That leaves a bad taste. It appears as though I am not the only one.
Sometimes missing to take screenshot and it's really painful for us. please solve this issue as soon as possible. thanks
