I like the extension for the most part BUT it used to alert me for the Perk Points time. I have not had any other issues with the extension. MyPoints, if you are reading this, please fix the issue of the Perk Points time notification.

Most of the time it doesn't work, especially when it is a substantial amount of points...... or the reason is that it's not being calculated because many times I don't get credit. It's a laugh to "contact" anybody, never get a response and even recently the emails giving a ticket number states response in 30 days. Have been member quite a few years and has progressively gotten worse...........................

I really like the extension. If I'm just browsing the web and happen to click on a store or an item I'm interested in I love having a reminder that I can get points for buying from that store. What's not to love?

I am thoroughly frustrated with mypoints over the past few days. I cannot even get into my ledger for one as it shows up as a blank white page. I entered the necessary sweepstakes for the BINGO, never got credit. Made 3 purchases, never got credit on the Bingo. It no longer accepts magic receipts and I cannot even report it as cannot get into my ledger not that it would show up there anyway. Hope it can be fixed super soon.

Even after I've clicked on the extension and the "Shop" button, I do not receive all of my points. Between this dysfunction and the fact that I only receive points for every other or third survey I COMPLETE, I am VERY disappointed in the processing of my account.

Every time I try to purchase something on Mypoints I never get the credit. I usually have to go through this long process to get mypoints to credit my account. Also there customer service is so not user friendly. Every time I try to use it I always get a message back telling me I need to use the right category. Also the point perks thing never works well and is so annoying. I used to get a text with my point perk but that stopped. The Bingo game is such a joke because those discovery things we are not allowed to do them more than once and to receive credit for those is another challenge. I think I'm over it honestly. Also the app does not work very well I have to log on to a computer to finish my daily challenge. I don't know sometimes I wonder is this just the way things are supposed to be so they can make money and we don't get any credit for it?
