This is a great app, however, it is totally unacceptable that it is only designed for Chrome. This app should be made 100% compatible for all major browsers. As it stands now, I can use the basic functions in Firefox, but some things do not work, so I am forced to use chrome when I need those functions

I do like the extension but it does have it's problems. They are much better over the past 2 years or so. The activity ledger has not allowed me to send my messages about any particular problem, so I have to go through the big annoying deal of going to the help center and fill out a form. I have to preface every time the activity ledger does not work the way it should and will not allow me to "send". They NEVER address that problem. They are however good about helping with surveys that you didn't get your points for. The Bonus Emails are great, except when you cannot inquire when there's a problem. For instance, trying to send this through help and it would not allow the request to be submitted. Everything I read points to going to "help" but nothing gets sent so there is no help. Here's the problem....On 10/27/22 you sent a BONUS EMAIL about clipping coupons before you go to the store. When you click on any store, the coupons are for "in Store" purchasing only. Some of us are disabled and cannot go to a store. I order online so I am excluded from using the coupons. Why does it have to be "in store"? Can't we clip them to an account or a store courtesy card? I would appreciate you looking into this and perhaps offering a way that is fair to everyone in these very trying times. I know I am only sending you a suggestion to make this fair to all members, but the favor of a reply would also be appreciated. Thanks so much for entertaining this possibility. I'm not sure that it pops up every time I order something, especially from Amazon. I try to make sure I go through the mypoints website for this reason. I have ordered a lot of things through Amazon recently but but I have not seen my points go up very much.
