its frustrating and i click it all the time but usually have to go the mypoints web site look up the company and click to possibly get points. Sometimes after doing all that I get back to the shopping cart to pay and despite me having gone to website and being directed to the page i am shopping on I still get a pop up asking me to click it to get 2 points per dollar or whatever. So what did i just do all that rigamaroll for? They really need fix the kinks and bugs.

Bought things several times and points were not credited. After the first time asking about my points, I made sure that I was staying in the same page, using correct email, etc etc. 4-5 times now, buy things but don't get credit. Three stars because it does usually pop up when I go to a site i can use it at.

Unfortunately, I find that not all the points are added to my account. Spent several hundred dollars on Temu and never receive any points to account. I had to submit a letter with all my order numbers and amounts that was time consuming. Very disappointed! Please fix!

As others have said, it doesn't pick up Temu. It is insanely annoying, I spend way too much time telling the extension to remind me later. I'm no longer seeing a benefit and will probably remove it.

The extension has picked up some of my shopping. But, it seems when I shop Temu it does not pick that shopping up. It did when I shopped without the extension but then with the extension it is not registering it. And I have shopped Temu 3 or 4 times now since having the extension and it did not register with MyPoints.

This is great when it works. I would say 6x out of 10 (even though I've clicked the banner and the green checkmark is there) I do not get my points for purchases I make. It can be very discouraging and I use to try emailing customer service for help, but that usually went no where. So I just take what I can get. What is really annoying is when I could have used a different company to get points from
