I think a lot of the time it doesn't work but it's too much of a hassle to keep track of what points I didn't get and then file a claim. It says x number of points activated and all that.

I use SCORE every chance I get whenever I use my laptop at home and I have earned many points. I just wish that they would make it available on Android phones since I do much of my online shopping on my cell phone when I travel.

I have had the extension for awhile and would give it better rating except for the following reason. I click on the MyPoints extension to be able to receive the points for shopping at a member website. However it only stays active for a few min. If it takes me longer than that to finish shopping or if I need to take care of something else. It goes off. I have to click on it numerous times to reactivate it, or I don't get credit. If I forget to reactivate it as I'm checking out, then I don't receive the points for the order. I find it very frustrating for something that should be so simple and work easily. Please fix it!!!

I've been a member of MyPoints over 10 years. I've used Score for many years. It is OK, but it is not great. I've found that often when I am shopping on a site, and have activated Score, and if I go to a different page on the site that I'm shopping, I have to reactivate Score again. The point of having it is to keep me from missing any points when shopping; however, when I have to remember to activate it more than once while shopping a site, then it is not a help. I've learned that every time I get to "checkout" on a site, I need to confirm that Score is still activated so as to not to cause me to miss out on the points that I am supposed to get. If I didn't have to reactivate it often, it would be a really great system to ensure I get the points, but as it is, I don't really need it because I have to remember to reactivate it.
