I"ve used Score for several years now and like the fact that it will remind me if a merchant is eligible on MyPoints. The one draw back is that when I navigate between pages on the same website, Score will pop up each time, which is annoying. Overall, I like the reminder when I shop.

I started using this around three years ago. I like it a lot though I do have problems with the Recapcha. No matter what I do to try to fix it, I still have my problems. That is the only thing I dislike.

I have been using the MyPoints extension for a few years. For the most part it is user friendly. The last few months though I have been having issues with my points either not showing up or they show up and then disappear. I have contacted the MyPoints support team and was told that they didnt see any of my points missing so they just dismissed my claim. I sent them pictures I took of my account balance on 2 different days to show the amount of points dropped by over 200 and I was told they would reopen my claim. I have yet to hear back. What is the point of taking the time to click through the emails and to allow this site access to my spending habits if Im not getting the rewards for doing so? Im hoping that this review gets someone's attention and that my missing points are added back to my account because so far I am not impressed with customer service!

It's a love/hate extension. I appreciate the points when it works, but am not sure it's always on track, and frankly, I shouldn't have to monitor it. It has also slowed down startup time in Chrome when logging in. And I do not want to see the pop-ups when a survey is available; that is annoying.

I really like this because when I go to sites and order something, I always forget to use My Points. Now that it pops up when I am on a site it reminds me to use it and I get points that I would usually not get because I would forget. I also like that coupons for that site also pop up! Very useful!

I have been a MyPoints member for many years and this extension is helpful, but it has limited utility because it is only available for some of the more poplar browsers which, unfortunately does not include the one used by my Amazon Fire Tablet.

Every time I shop at either Kroger.com or Walmart.com I do not get points. Whenever I visit either site and activate the points, it does not. I have contacted customer service and they gave me a portion of the credit I have accumulated. I think next time before I shop I will go the the mypoints website and start from there. This extension does not seem to work.
