I like the program, but the pop-ups are very annoying. Depending on your screen/browser settings, closing the pop-up can be a challenge. It would be better if there was a flashing alert that could have the option of playing an alert tone/sound.

I like getting points for shopping online - although there should be a way to download your receipts when you actually shop in the store. It seems that the option to get points should last the whole time you are shopping and not just a minute or 2. Many times I shop and by the time I finish shopping and check out, I receive no points because the time has expired. This can be frustrating as I know there are stores I shop at and never see the points.

I really enjoy taking the surveys. Usually they are interesting and easy to follow. I tend to get frustrated and quit for a time as there are so many of them that take me thru the entire survey just to tell me that I dont qualify. Those customers should be banned because not only is that a waste of my time that I could have been doing another survey, but that customer is either getting my input for free, or manipulating the results to fit their findings. Either way, this has happened so many times for thousands of points, Very frustrating

I like getting points for purchases. What I dont like is I am missing a ton of points because I rarely get to complete a survey. More often than not, I get the message that the survey "isnt right" for me and MyPoints will help me find one better suited. They rarely work either. And if Ive already tried a survey, please make it disappear so I dont keep clicking on them over and over.

I have very few, if any, problems with Score. It is easy to use and I ALWAYS get points when using Score. I like the Point Perk notifications too. I just wish it was available for mobile devices, specifically Android devices, because the MyPoints App isn't that great. score

The app doesn't always let me know when points are available and then I miss them. I can never get the point perks because it tells me something has gone wrong.
