Bug reporting has never been this easy. I can capture everything in one place (screenshots, console & network logs, Apps data, steps, etc...) It saves me a lot of time and keeps my reports super clear for devs.
BetterBugs has a clean, intuitive UI and gives me everything I need, logs, steps, environment, without the noise. I feel it's a must-have in any QA toolkit.
I’ve used tools like BugHerd, Marker.io, and even plain old Jira forms, but they either overload you with steps or miss context. With BetterBugs, bug reports actually make sense. I get everything I need to debug in one place: Console & network logs, Environment info (device, OS, browser, URL), a screen recording with clear repro steps. As a dev, that’s a massive win and a timesaver. Honestly, it’s the bug reporting tool I wish we had years ago.
As an SQA Engineer, I’ve used my fair share of bug tracking and Bug Reporting tools, most are clunky or overcomplicated. BetterBugs is refreshingly simple and actually makes our QA workflow faster and smoother. These days it has quickly become one of the most reliable tools in my QA toolkit, It simplifies reporting without compromising context, and that’s invaluable in fast-paced testing environments.
Been using Betterbugs for roughly 2 years now and it's really convenient for screen recording and bug reporting.
Most bug reporting tools feel overengineered. So far in my usage I feel, BetterBugs keeps it simple, and that’s exactly what I needed as a system administrator. Clear, fast, no fluff, I’ve used a lot of reporting tools, but this one stands out. It’s clean, intuitive, and doesn’t get in my way.
I don't usually deal with bugs, but BetterBugs has made it easy to report bugs, website issues and visual feedback, which is a big plus for SEO work.

After adding your extenstion to chrome... my CPU usage was very high.. my PC was lagging to much.. after removing your extenstion ,, now my PC is working fine.... i m currently using Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS, Intel® Core™ i7-4600U × 4 processor, RAM 16 gb .. please review it from your side i really liked ur product..
