🤦🏻♂️ The purpose of creating Canvas Files Downloader extension is to facilitate the process of downloading files especially in the modules path/tab; because currently in order for students to download a file, they have to make multiple clicks to do so.
🎯 This extension allows students to either download all attachments/files by selecting all or download only the selected ones in modules, pages, assignments, and wiki (tab/path).
If there is only one attachment in any of these paths, users will get the download button with number of files that you could download ( as in fi)
💡 ( Turn off / disable ) the "Ask where to save each file before downloading" option
on chrome://settings/downloads ,so that you download the selected files immediately without getting the popup dialog.
🥳 This extension works for all schools that use Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) / Instructure

I liked this extension a lot!! However it does not allow courses that I was previously enrolled in to download as well. Could you please fix this?!! Would save my life. I want to make a collection of my whole education to maybe access later when I need to.
Not very user friendly. I can't figure out how to get it to work. I'm just going to download a different one.
Saves me lots of clicks to download files in Modules. If only it can go to subpages and download files available there as well!

el botón de descarga solo se activa cuando se esta llevando dicho curso, pero no cuando el curso ya se haya terminado. el chiste es poder descargar los cursos cuando ya estos hayan terminado, ya que para descargar cursos activos solo basta con hacer clic en "exportar contenido del curso"
When I click on the extension in my browser all it does is redirect me back to this page where I downloaded it. As far as I can see this tool doesn't do anything. That and I will never get these 10 minutes of my life back.
Really good extension, saved me a lot of time. A couple of improvements would be: 1) Downloading the files into sorted folders, I have 90+ files to download per module, and sorting them takes some time. If the downloader sorted them for you (based upon the header section the files are in, that would be good) 2) Enabling the shift+ select, so you can select one file at the top, hold shift, and select a file 20 files down, and it selects everything in-between too.
