Helps me rename email subjects to something more descriptive—great tool!
Very helpful when I need to adjust subject lines for better clarity.
This app is great for keeping my inbox organized by renaming emails.
A fantastic tool that lets me rename email subjects quickly—so useful!
The product is good. I deployed it to our team, but the renewal is a pain and the admin console is no help. Support replies relatively quickly, but their instructions have not helped the situation so I am abandoning the Admin console and will pick and choose licences individually... which is fine for small organisation of a few, but I can imagine that would be a nightmare of anything over 6 seats.
Just like many of you, I have been a cloudHQ user for a long time. The ability to simply and easily rename emails has kept me sane whilst using Gmail. I have also made use of other cloudHQ apps that required a monthly subscription. But I agree with the point that this sudden introduction of a monthly subscription on a fundamental function really has spoilt my experience! It would not surprise me to learn that there are new owners who have decided to try and milk us users every way possible! If they persist in this, I will go back to using Outlook to access my Gmail as that allows me to edit the subject line of received emails almost as easily.
Worked fantastically, until it didn't, and the message popped up that my "30-day free trial" (of several months) was over. They asked for $4.99 a month, when it was never mentioned that it a) was a trial b) would ever be charged.
I got the same message today. There was never any indication from the author that there would be a charge for this extension. I feel that they have misled all of us who have downloaded this extension believing that it could be used without charge. I would never consider using any of their other products based on what they have done to their user base here. Very disappointing.
This was supposed to be free. This morning I was hit by a "Trial Expired" message and CloudHQ wanting $5/month for the "Premium" version. How can we now trust CloudHQ with any of their policies? Has this all been a fake dynamic to giveaway "free" versions, only to start charging for the product at some point? At least they should give notice that there is a "trial" period.
it doesn't work. here is the error message: {"success":false,"error":"We cannot rename the selected email because the Chrome browser is outdated or due to a conflicting Chrome extension.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined here: Troubleshooting Google Chrome Extensions."}
