As others have stated, slow to update and now stuck showing 1 unread when there aren't any... Hope it's fixed soon. Having the option to force it to check would be a nice feature.
great when it works but too often it says i have an email and i don't. would be great if it has a refresh button.
Way too slow at updating, and doesn't give additional features like the old Google Mail Checker (not from google). It has been discontinued since. Moving over now to Mail Checker Minus (Beta)
My notifier has grayed out. I don't know how to fix it. What can I do?
Doesn't keep accurate track of unread emails.
Does not work as advertised. Count of unread messages no longer updates, so no purpose to the app.
Always disconnet and show the wrong number of un read mail.
It's offline for too much time and refresh delays are too long. Hope this will be fixed
Updating my review. When ever I open Chrome or Chromium, the letter remains gray, until I go directly to Gmail, or click on the notification icon itself. After that, it updates. Only on a rare occasion will the notification icon actually initiate a check and update itself. Moved from 2 to 4 starts. It's working better, but still needs work on initiating an update request upon browser start-up.
Used to be good but no longer has accurate unread mail count
