Only the second adblocker I've ever used, no need to switch again as Ghostery is amazing at everything it does. Easy to apply and even easier to control. The best part is the automatic cookie and tracking settings so I never have to manually enter my preferred settings on every new site ever again.

I've been a fan of Ghostery for years and it's one of the best adblockers out there. That you don't even remember it's there is just everything you could hope for in a tool that is free to use - no ads, no popups, just does the job quietly. It's also super easy to navigate for instances where you need to turn it off to view a site. Don't need to remember to turn it on again either, just pause for an hour and it does the rest. Combined this with uBlock and I've honestly forgotten what ads even look like (until I use someone else's laptop and am horrified by internet marketing!!). Keep up the great work developers - you've done us all a solid!

This extension is extremely useful. Though I may not notice it everyday because it passively improves my experience, I couldn't live without it. It goes far beyond the functions of an ordinary ad-blocker by supplying analytics, and to say that I'm a big fan of that is a HUGE understatement. The fact that this service is free is a true marvel

The best ad blocker that I have ever installed. I play a "free" online game and they constantly bomb the users with ads. All other ad blockers were marginally effective. The best of them removed the ads but left a blank space. Ghostery makes the game seamless. I also like that I can lift the blocking just for a few minutes for sites that allowing ads allow content access.
