I had some troubles with my suppliers and was not even considering contacting support at first, because I trought that It would be faster to find out what to do myself. However after few unsuccessful attemts to solve the issue myself I decided to contact support and was suprised by how fast they answered. We exchanged a few emails and it was noticable that they truly wanted to help. And they indeed did, the issue has been fixed and my shop is back and running. Special thanks to Aurora from DSers support who has been the agent I was contacted to!
