I have been using DSers to streamline my dropshipping process, and overall, the platform is helpful. However, I am facing a significant issue with supplier location transparency. When searching for products, it is often unclear where the supplier is actually located. Some suppliers list shipping times as if they are based in one country (e.g., the US or EU), but later I discover the products are being shipped from China, which delays delivery and creates a poor experience for customers. This lack of clear supplier location details makes it difficult to choose the right suppliers and plan reliable shipping times. I strongly recommend that DSers add a feature where supplier location is shown more transparently, so sellers can make informed decisions and avoid customer dissatisfaction. If this issue is resolved, DSers would be far more reliable for scaling a business.
