Good features and great customer service team The app has a lot of good features which make it very useful. However, knowing all of these is impossible when you start. DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping pairs well with Shopify. They have good customer service, too. Some of my Shopify settings were incorrect and customer support was able to help me with my problem. Rfimp was knowledgeable and had my problem fixed in less than five minutes. He was also able to walk me through some fulfilment steps. I should be good to go now. The interface seems user-friendly.
I'm thoroughly impressed Bianca with the customer support at DSers, especially with Bianca assistance. She was patient, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue in no time.
