I am completely disappointed with Dsers. It is crazy to me that they can just charge you whatever and you have to pay the bill before they will even look at it. THEN....you dispute it. Here is my real frustration....it takes up to 20 days....working days...to correct it and issue a refund! It takes you 5 seconds to take it but 20 business days to correct your mistake? That's not good business in my opinion and will be closing my account today!

I have contacted with DSers representative "Chrissy" , She has treated me in a very good way, response time was so fast, and guided me as per my each query with detail, as I run my ecommerce business, I use to talk representatives on daily basis, most of them use to answer in short, but she didn't hesitated of describing each of my concern briefly, Thanks to Chrissy and DSers. 100% Appreciated.
