SponsorBlock lets you skip over sponsors, intros, outros, subscription reminders, and other annoying parts of YouTube videos. SponsorBlock is a crowdsourced browser extension that lets anyone submit the start and end times of sponsored segments and other segments of YouTube videos. Once one person submits this information, everyone else with this extension will skip right over the sponsored segment.

You can also skip over non music sections of music videos.

This is open source and the entire database is public.

I am so sick and tired hearing YouTubers wh**ring themselves out to various mens razors, VPN apps, web building services, wallets, food delivery services etc. It is always the same companies and it is incredibly irritating. Over and over and over and over and over I am forced to hear about this garbage, even after subscribing to YT Premium. Urghh. This extension is amazing. I feel like I am back in the good ol' early days of YouTube where everyone isn't trying to get rich. I have gone 40 years without a VPN. I don't need one now or ever. Get out of here with your garbage products and services! This extension rules. I feel like I am taking back control over my internet.
