Terrible product. The 'Delete All Time' feature is completely misleading — it only deletes what's visible on the current page, maybe 100-150 emails at a time. If you have tens of thousands of emails to delete, this tool does absolutely nothing beyond what Gmail already does for free natively. I paid for this expecting it to actually bulk delete across my entire inbox. Instead I'm stuck doing the same pagination-by-pagination deletion I could have done manually without spending a dime. Complete waste of money. Save your money and just use Gmail's built-in search and delete. Same result, zero cost. Complete waste of money — broken from the moment I paid. First issue: When I tried to activate my license, the activation link in the email threw an SSL error: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Dead link. Couldn't even get the product activated properly. Second issue: The core feature — bulk deleting thousands of emails — doesn't work. The 'Delete All Time' option only deletes what's visible on the current page, around 100-150 emails. I have tens of thousands of emails and it made zero dent. Honestly, manually going page by page in Gmail is faster because at least Gmail doesn't freeze or show a white screen. This tool added extra steps and charged me for the privilege. Gmail's free built-in search and delete does the exact same thing. Save your money.
