When it works it works fine but recently the extension is just near constant errors. 1. It never stays signed in so everytime you go to use it you have to login again which never used to be the case but now it's every time. 2. It doesn't hold the VPN connection to the server you have chosen for long this is the same for all servers 3. Started to get errors saying that I couldn't log in and after contacting their support department I was told that the error was because I was using it on too many devices... I use it on one broswer on one computer only and they told me that on this occasion they would sort it out as if it was something I was supposed to do myself and speaking as if they were doing me the favour.... not impressed. And in regards to the other errors they basically tried to side step them by telling me to install their Windows application rather than using the Chrome ext which is not what I want. Everything was ok apart from a few glitches at the start now for the last 3 or 4 months it's just a catalog of errors and frustration

Paid a full year services so disappointed about the recent update kept throwing me "Code 503 error message. Doesn't even auto connect to vpn server when I restart the chrome! I have to log out playing annoying 503 error message retype password and select new server again. FIX IT PLEASE!!!
