Review from a paid customer. I paid for their mid-grade Hobby plan for a month to try. Cons: - You need to stay subscribed to have access to your already translated chapters. They lock your already paid for and translated chapters if you don't renew their subscription. - Once you run out of Speed Tokens, the ''Translation will be slow'' part means it's a timegate. You can only translate one chapter every 20 minutes. But you have to manually start that timer or it won't start. Then once you wait 20 minutes, you have to manually start to translate the next chapter. - Their ''Fetch next'' tool is buggy sometimes. - Even with specific instructions, their AI still makes a lot of mistakes on gender, pronouns, names, and etc. I often had to proofread using other tools before reading the novels I translated with this. - Their price range is outrageous compared to other similar or better translation tools. Pros: - The translation style is very smooth. This is the most attractive part about this service. - Nice UI. - They offered to refund or to unlock my already translated chapter because of my review. That was nice I guess. Customers using free translation only get 10 chapters to translate per month with this one, but there are other good novel translation services (ex.ReadOmni) that will let you translate up to 25 chapters a day for free with auto-fetch and other cool tools. I would suggest exploring elsewhere before throwing your money into this. Weirdly, my experience as a free customer was definitely better than as a paid customer.

I heard about this app before but I've never thought to use it. As an avid k-novel readers I really should have started using it sooner. Currently I'm using the free version but now I'm thinking really hard about getting a subscription since I read so much. It seems to be worth it, but I recently encountered a bug where half the chapter I was reading was not translating and I had to use a boost to get the full chapter translated. I wish that doesn't happen at all. I'm pretty satisfied overall.
